Im so stoked for Gavin Stone, he has worked so goddamn hard. He deserves all the success. However, I dont get why people are down on Miller. He is still so young. He just came back from an injury and had a great last year, and was starting to put it together before he got hurt. Dude will be great

Agreed. Everybody gave Walker Buehler 5 to 6 starts to get his feet under him, yet they're crapping all over Bobby after just two games. Give him a little breathing room

Everyone who says, "Doesn't count, it's the White Sox," makes me want to respond with "Oh, I didn't know everyone throws a complete game shut-out against them every night they lose, how interesting." Nope, Robert should not be a trade target. And Crochet might be expensive, not only in the return but he's in innings control. Edit: They should go for Randy, Tanner Scott, and Skubal or Flaherty. If they get Randy, Scott, and the starter, then can fly it without seeking a SS (since either Mookie, FO or both) might not want the position change (sadly). From there maybe a bench reinforcement or better yet Ryan McMahon in case Maximus can't maki back strong

I don't see how voters can be so against a DH winning MVP strictly because he doesn't play defense. DH is assumed to be dogshit defense so it gets docked heavily in WAR, it's not like he gets free WAR for standing there like some other positions. If a guy puts up amazing numbers, overcomes positional WAR deficit as a DH and leads in WAR all together the voters can't ignore it just cause he's a DH. Shit even pitchers have won MVP before so by automatically throw the DH in the trash even before looking at the numbers. Voters gotta pull their head out their ass.
