can we not arrest these idiots? every month they storm the boardwalk (or at least regularly), putting people in danger, driving anywhere. This crew and the bike crew that robs 7-11's why can LAPD do nothing? Especially when they sit there for 10 mins and do this on the regular. Crazy incompetent police

Watched this agin. Do they actually have mini bike club jackets? Word dorky comes to mind. I road motorcycles in my younger days. Big bikes, big groups rides and you NEVER heard a putt putt sound in our rides.

The bigger safety concern would be the police chasing them on public streets, putting pedestrians, motorcyclists, bicyclists and others in harm's way only because of no DMV registration. There are too many of them and even police and city officials have to know sometimes when to choose their battles. It is unfortunate that if the minibikers were to crash into someone they cannot be held accountable because they have no license plates, and would most likely not stop. But I guess the same thing can be said about electric bikes etc! Who has the solution? Please respond to solution question if you have an idea how to stop a large group of non registered mini bike or non registered off road vehicle riders?
