From all the videos I have watched on this, the vendors seem to object to the LAW and many continue to do as they have. The LAWS are designed to bring order, fairness and safety to the public. "The cops wouldn't have a job" if they were not needed and people followed the LAWS.

Part of getting a "BUISSNESS LICENS" is to prove you have all necessary permits, licenses, insurance and training to do so. You must also submit to inspections to prove that the business is following all of the guide lines.
