Hello everyone and welcome back to Age of Wonders 4! Grand Chieftan Kessessek has completed the first step of uniting the fragmented Facets of the World-Serpent: finding them all. At 16:51, the Memelord himself has his anticlimactic reveal; at 41:43, a watch tower reveals the darkest of shadows that has fallen upon the land; lastly at 55:37, a wayward scout locates the final Facet of Chaos on the other side of the map. The Vast Swamps of Cormyr are vulnerable to attacks from across the sea, and the World-Serpent's Chosen has few allies to call upon. The Great Scaled One is not blind to his Chosen's predicament, and so a call is answered from across the Astral Sea at 1:50:57 -- thanks for watching!

Merrshaulk the Usurped Usurper is a triceratops, gives ideas for some dinosaur rulers: Champion - Ancient Blood, Champion from bloodline that kept strength of the ancestors, Champion/Wizard - or ancient ruler that outlived generations, keeping its primal form, while his people were evolving Wizard - old Dinosaur, that came in contact with young culture and made them follow him by force, or by teaching and protecting.

Ascension trait Hunter gives Warg, Crowmaster's Bow gives Crows, so you can have 2 free units each fight, if you later swap your Bow on Primal Staf, you will also get your Distraction Carnifex. Now I want to pick all those skills that give you free units, could be fun.

posting before watching the video just to say: the Mistlings/clinging mist is a very annoying ability to fight against on the level of steadfast. so far, if i don't have an always hits ability, best way to deal with it is to make the misty units rout by killing everything else

I certainly believe you. I even theorized that it would be worth picking up Feytouched just to counteract an opponent that was doing Fey Mist things. I wonder which personality traits go for the Fey Mist Tomes. 🤔

It hurt my soul seeing you keep forgetting that "Unleash the Beast" gives Killing Momentum, and then using "Spur to Action" on said beast.

Killing momentum and spur to action is crazy

Killing Momentum doesn't restore any movement, so some times it didn't matter. But I'm sure I wasted a few free actions. >_

@@Fableheim I know it gives back one action point, but I could have sworn it gave a small bit of movement. Not the first time I've been wrong.

Yeah I am disappointed of the normal Crocodile as well probably should have an evolution to a dire crocodile or something lol

I'm also a little surprised they don't have an evolution, especially since they added a new tier 3 undead crocodile.

Witch-Beast got bored really fast, don't have anything against a helping Dragon, but, it's only been 2 episodes.

They did do some significant tweaking to the Pantheon quests, but I'm surprised that it was the Witch-Beast who showed up considering my Affinities and alignment. 🤔

the generic crocs. need some help maybe turn them into tier 1shock unit,as it stands they are pretty forgettable.
