Nice question. . It's rare that you'll ever think up a nice mix in your head and when you start downloading the acapellas, they all have the same tempos. So no, they didn't have the same tempo. I think 2Pac's verse was a little too fast an Em's a little too slow. So it mainly just depends on the songs you decide to use for the mix.

Music has continued to progress so..... of course we can take Pac's acapella tracks and make them hotter. just make a hot track that matches the groove and there you have it. Pac is timelessly great for his lyrical content.... not his tracks.
