Sean handled the shop and camera pretty nicely. He’s informative about what he’s working on. Ben (Michelle’s brother) is actually pretty hilarious. He seems to just want to say so much more. Would love to see more Sean and Ben working on projects

As a full time wheelchair user, that new bathroom almost looks like it could be wheelchair accessible. I’ve never understood why builders don’t future proof the houses the build by putting in all 36” doors and 4’ hallways (5’ is better, but most people using manual wheelchairs or walkers can turn around in a 4’ circle). Great job to both Sean and Ben.

I am a retired Firefighter Paramedic. The FD always cut the battery cables so there won't be an electrical fire.

This was cool, change of pace to have Sean doing his thing solo, I enjoyed it! You really get a sense of how much he knows. Seeing that suburban tore down you see how good modern cars are at keeping a crash off the passengers. There's a lot of big chunks of crushed metal in that front end but Michelle walked away, so thankful no one was hurt bad.

Sean you did an awesome job both filming and workin on stuff by yourself. You do way better filming yourself and explaining what you’re doing than I would lol. Also, I share your hate for cutting wires. I’ve had to try to put so many things back together that people cut wires on and it always p’s me off. Junkyards drive me crazy the way they cut wires on everything, they end up ruining good parts most the time.

You mentioned that the battery wires were cut. The first thing we first responders do in a major accident like Michelle had in the suburban is to cut the battery cables so the vehicle doesn't catch fire.

My friend a couple houses down liked my shop that was bigger than my house. So he built one at his place. Unlike mine, he included a bathroom in his. The zoning department wouldn't allow any such facility in a garage because they thought it would then be easy to use the building as a residential unit. So he stubbed the drain 1/4" below the concrete surface and put a hose bib on the outside of the wall for water supply. He had a pair of windows in that wall in the plans, so the one for the bathroom got its glass replaced with obscure glass. After final inspection, he chipped out the thin concrete, tied into the septic tank, replaced the elbow to the hose bib with a tee, added a a janitorial sink for washing hands and made a urinal out of a 5 gallon water bottle. Then added an interior wall around the room.
