I was fed up and frustrated from a failed quilting project, but your video give a high inspiration to work. I did this caddy and put it on my instagram. Thank you 🌷

This is genius, thank you so much for your time and expertise. I used upholstery fabric and fusible fleece so it was a wee bit bulky but your tips and clever suggestions for reducing bulk were so helpful. All your measurements were spot-on. I am really pleased with the result especially as I needed something to store stuff for going to classes.

So simple, yet so functional! Been looking for a caddy tutorial like this, so thank you! I’ll be experimenting and making mine with In-R-Form.

Hi Ashley - I love making these type bags. They are so handy to put your supplies in. May have to do my handle like that on my next one. Canvas and Peltex are great options for this bag. They do last better made out of canvas. Thanks for sharing.

I'm new at sewing and I am trying to figure out the final product dimensions. Would it be 11x6x7 (length, width, height)?

I have cotton fabric fat quarters I got from Aldi. Also got heavyweight interfacing but it's really thin. I may have to put double the amount of interfacing to make it stronger. Also what are the measurements please.
@remymom4 жыл бұрын
Do you think you could use cardboard to make the structure stronger? I like the bag but really want something with some stiffness
@Charmedbyashley4 жыл бұрын
yep you could def try! let me know how it works out :D

Cute! I like this smaller size .. I made the one from Sew Sweetness and it's a bit large. Foam Stabilizer is another good product to use .. By Annie or Pellon!

Nice bag, but you’re instructions are not clear? What are the measurements?
@Charmedbyashley4 жыл бұрын
i dont know how much more clear i can be, i always tell people to check the blog post which is in the description box to find all the measurements (Which there are alot) and more photos charmedbyashley.com/fabric-caddy-sewing-tutorial/

@@Charmedbyashley it is a nice bag you make and thanks for the video. However, people who watch KZbin videos don't usually have the time or patient to read blog or check website~ …most youtubers just include the measurements in the video or the description box! You can check how other popular youtubers do it!
