You are a great teacher easy to understand . Love your choice of fabric. Im a quilter and you did a great job of teaching cutting . Just wanted to tell you a fat quarter is the way they cut the fabric. So what you end up with is a half of a half yard piece of fabric so thats why they call it a fat quater. I hope that helps

That "Fray-Chec" is great for stabilizing knots. When you tie a knot put a drop of Fray-Check on the knot, let dry & that knot will never come un-done. It's great, too for putting on the threads of sewn on buttons to keep them from ever coming loose. I even put it on new garment buttons.❤️❤️👍🤗

Thanks Sara, I think I figured it out ... it's the holes for the elastic that wraps around and holds the book together. I watched other videos and they only punched one hole but secured it with a button. I like your way better ... I'm gonna try this when I get my materials.

Thanks for taking the time for a very precise tutorial. I was trying to notice if the fabric crinkles up in the fold. I've been finding when you tubers show their fabric ones the fabric is a bit bumpy.
@myserenitycrafts9 жыл бұрын
Carolyn B I think if you fuse it really well with the iron and don't fold it until after you sew, it has plenty of time to adhere and you get no bumps. TFW, Sara

Great tutorial. I was just wondering if you knew you could buy a double needle from Joann's? You would then just need to sew around it once. I also burn the ends of my thread after I sew or serge for extra strength and cleanness. Great Job!

I too want to thank you for the great tutorial. I have a question about the size of booklet you use. I see you make your own and would love it if you could supply the measurements. I know this is not rocket science but when I put the elastic in in the top to bottom configuration my booklets don't fit. Hope I explained that okay. Any help appreciated cheers Mary
