All fabrics will be good for painting. Mostly Pure Silk, Pure Raw silk, semi Raw silk will be good for blouse painting.

Thank you, dear! :) No need to dry totally. Just make sure that the cloth should absorb the paint and it should not be wet. If the base coat is wet then the 2nd color will blend with it and the color will get changed
