I love to make these for all kinds of things. Never used the foam but I bought some for another project and going to use some of the extras to make a few of these. Love how you made the handle. I have never used this foam before and wondered if it would be possible to fold down the top so that there is a folded down rim of the lining around the top edge? Not sure how rigid it is? (Thank you for all your tutorials, I only started sewing in September and you are my #1 go-to whenever I’m looking for a tutorial. So clear and concise and a pleasure to watch and follow - thank you ☺️)

You could fold over the top, but it would be bulky and probably wouldn't stay unless sewn

😎Excellent! i think i might sew a handle onto foam sided fabric while it is still flat. Or, i could add 2 handles for carrying in top seam when joining inner and outer fabrics.

I'm not sure, I just used a piece of scrap foam and didnt measure it first. I was teaching more of the technique instead of the exact sized final project.
