Fabricating a Buick / Rover V8 Small Block Performance Oil Pan, Windage Tray and Crankshaft Wiper

No longer sidetracked by the Suburban, I jump back on the SEGA Super Stock Buick Small Block. I hack away at my most hated part of being a Buick Small Block fan, making a performance oil pan. Come along as I slice, dice and maybe even slap chop this oil pan and subsequent parts into submission!

Make a cardboard template of the finished modified scraper for future 350's. Maybe even sell the templates.

You know anyone who does CAD work? If so you can take a picture of it and have them conver it to a DXF file so you can have future ones laser cut. I had a DXF file of a fan shroud drawn up to mount an electric fan on my radiator and then ordered the part laser cut out of aluminum from an online service called "Send Cut Send."
