Fabricating Booms for Boomless Nozzles on the Pasture Sprayer

Modifying the old John Deere 550 pasture sprayer to work better for my needs! Adding 3 boomless nozzles and fold out booms to get good swatch coverage.

Thanks! It’s nice and green but the nights really cooled off this past week so grass growth has slowed way down.

NIce modification. I too have a single nozzle boomless sprayer. Although nice in some situations it does not provide a even of coverage as boomed fan nozzles. I understand those don't work for you. I like your fab work with the cable support. In general booms should be made as light as possible but your cable support is a great idea.

Thanks! Yes, this mod worked out great! Definitely better than the single nozzle I had before! I agree on the booms, I should’ve used lighter material but the cables fixed that for now. Thanks for watching/commenting!
