Fabricating steel fan shroud Pt. 1

Thank you! This is the first custom shroud I have ever seen that was an actual shroud and not just a flat block-off panel. I have always been amazed that people can be so dense as to put a flat piece of metal on the back of a radiator and not realize they were cutting off probably half the airflow in the process. Kudos for living up to your channel name.

Did you solve the overheating issue? Also, does the fan stick out a little bit or is it completely inclosed by the shroud?
