Fabricating WORLD Record LED Light Bar For Our Wake Surf BOAT! 269,000 LUMENS!

We ordered over 200,000 LUMENS of led lights for our Centurion wake surf boat so we could have the most epic night surfing sessions! In this episode my dad and I fabricate DIY style to create one of the most epic light bars in experience. We’re used to off-road racing, in off-road racing LED lights are extremely important to see at night. The amount of Baja designs LP6 lights we put on our boat is equivalent to around 6+ trophy trucks! Is it OVERKILL? LOL yes but we like to be different and go all out when we build a project to create a unique look. My Dad and I love to create things that don't exist and this episode is 100% hands on fabricating DeBerti style. We hope everyone enjoys the process my Dad and I documented! Ps: we ran out of time.. we will have another episode covering how we will be wiring these lights as well as turning them on for the first time!

Two of those lights put out a HUGE amount of light. With that many of them, the Whole lake will be Lit Up!

That is INSANE! The only thing I would suggest is using a switch panel like an SPOD or AuxBeam and have it so you can turn on maybe one pair of lights in the front on one switch and and one pair on the rear. That way you can step up the intensity. If it is too much light, or you are doing something and want some light, but not ALL of it, you can have just a pair of heads on the front or the back at a time. Like coming into the dock at night, or getting it on the trailer, enough light to see everything, but not blind EVERYONE that maybe also trying to load a boat, or is on the dock. You can even get like an 8 panel switch, and have the top 4 switches for pairs and a group of 5 of front lights and the bottom 4 for pairs of the rear so you have essentially 4 intensity levels. So on the rear you have one button for just one LED, and the each pair on the other buttons.

I think you should put 2 lights on each side braces so u can see the shore line or when u pull up to a dock

He will definitely be able to see the wave and the surfer, but the surfer will not be able to see nothing but the light.

really enjoyed all the video's on the boat build.. since you guys have extra lights left over the only suggestion I have would be towards the rear but on the sides put one or 2 on each side and aim them more down and to the side so anybody wakebording or skiing has a lil bit of forward seeing for the 1st 50ft out the sides of boat so if they swing out wide while cruising they can see if thers any obstacles or stumps, docks, etc that they should avoid.. my 2 cents worth but the boat build is insane and definitely over the top keep up the awesome builds

Love you guys and love the boat. Respectfully, the reason that no one has done it is because it is illegal. The only time a boat is allowed to use lights is when docking. Light on a dark lake is blinding, so hopefully you don’t use them while you’re running down the lake.

Thinkin when you go to wiring, you should probably wire just 2 or 4 lights to multiple switches, just in case all on is Too bright. That way you can just kick on a few at a time and dial in how many is good..
