I'm just using up my bead collection. For decades I would go into bead shops in whatever city I would visit. Large fabric stores also have jewelry sections but I prefer the small bead stores. They're full of so many wonderful, unique things.

How much fabric need a ful selves jacket. Plz tell me.. One meter and a half meter.

It depends on the jacket size and style. Full sleeve, collarless, very small size 1.5 meters. Most ppl will need 2.5 or 3 meters, especially if you want the pattern to match perfectly across all the pieces. Make a mock-up in cotton. It means your jacket will fit properly and you can work out from your mock-up exactly how much fabric to buy. (I have a video on how to do your alterations.)
