She is every so subtly moving the mic up down left and right to perfectly position it for the vocal at that time. 1/8th inch here, 1/4 inch there. Few singers have ever done this. I bought the Trio album on CD back in the 80s, I remember driving from Indiana to New York City listening to it all the way and all the way home, it was the most incredible album I had ever heard. It was like the angels from Heaven came down to sing to us about how wonderful Paradise is. It is one of those albums that you always know you have, it is NEVER forgotten. The best memory was...I can still remember the feeling hearing for the first time, it was music that flowed into me and danced with my heart and soul. An experience of a lifetime, and I will never be the same without it.

Love hearing these three sing together but I've always had trouble hearing Linda's harmonies because she held back. Really enjoyed the third song best because Linda got to use her full voice throughout and got to sing a solo part as well. I can still hear the other two distinctly in this song but got to hear Linda all the way through and I got to experience heaven for a moment.

Disagree. I actually think Linda's vocals were distinct on the harmonies on the album because she is singing in the softer lower register most of the time except for perhaps one song. The other 2 are singing louder but on top of each other in the higher pitch.
