@kiangeorge94784 жыл бұрын
illuminati Anthony they do it by BMI and since I’m under 18 I needed a BMI of 17 or more, I’m quite skinny and tall so mine came out to 16.8 so I needed to put on 2-3 kilos more and come back so I could be above my target BMI, but if you’re over 18 you need a BMI of 18 or more 👍🏻

Kian George I’m not in the Army yet, hopefully I’ll be starting my application in a few weeks. But I was the same, I was underweight for about two years but in this past months I’ve somehow managed to gain half a stone- I mainly did it by gaining muscle in the gym, so maybe that will work for you too! how about tipping the food, straight in to the mess tin and cooking ? saving the water for drinking, and i was chef in the army, and chef in real life. stirring the food all the time, meaning you eat straight from the mess tin, and you will scold yourself not burn, scold is wet heat, burn is dry it, and i am also level one para medic, these guys are total drips, that need to go back to training themselves, nothing worse then the blind leading the blind. Problem: It seems to be a waste of water to pour water into canteen to heat MRE, water is a valuable scarce resource in the bush. Rationing water, the boiled water seems too much for a single meal consumption. Why not use soil, leaves, or urine to soak the MRE (make packaging doesnt burn when heated up without water) to heat up in the canteen over fire? Why not make MRE edible and tasty at room temperature so dont need to consume unnecessary resources or waste time, and energy to heat up (fire alert your location, even though you need heat to keep warm at night, but you reduce the time spent on cooking and eating while fire pit is burning thus reducing your risks. Start pit at last minute then sleep. Why not research whats the best ingredient for a balanced diet, to max calories per gram of weight. It doesnt matter if the soldier eat the same meal every meal for a year. Why not design knife, bayonet or tent pegs to be of a longer length and rounded circumference so that the aforementioned can be used as spindle or push and pull back and forth on dry wood to use in starting fire via tindle bush or human or pubic hair in the bush? Please feedback to management.
