I like the cover, but I disagree. The chorus accusingly saying "do you feel like a man when you push her around" is a very traditionally masculine condemnation of guys who beat women. The idea being that one man is challenging the other man's masculinity. It's a variation of the thing often said to bullies -- "try picking on someone your own size".

I like the style of shouting at high notes, and I have a strong belief that such a style is what makes me good at singing.
