Bolivia's folklore dance parade returned to the streets of El Alto and La Paz with face masks as this year's must-have item among the colourful costumes. This parade is in honour of the Virgin of El Carmen, and it is the event's first return since being cancelled at the height of the coronavirus pandemic.
