You need to resize the input video (webcam) so it can fit into the shape. First make a new variable. resizeV = cv2.resize(img,(640,480),fx=0,fy=0, interpolation = cv2.INTER_CUBIC) and then imgBackground[162:162 + 480, 55:55 + 640] = resizeV

Check if the images is in .png format or not, if your images are in .jpg format the change the above line as "blob=bucket.get_blob(f'Images/{id}.jpg')

Check if the images is in .png format or not, if your images are in .jpg format the change the above line as "blob=bucket.get_blob(f'Images/{id}.jpg')

this is like a mcdondals tutorial to make quick profit. its not real time cause it laggs like crazy with around 5-10 fps and its using firebase api (credit card required) instead of a simple wsl server. all in all the repos are super outdated, but its one of the tutorials that could have bin cut to 5 minutes and beginners wont learn anything at all because it requiers much more background knowledge
