Until the nation accepts that almost everyone is corrupt and makes a declaration that we all want to stop corruption, even the next generation will debate this. Question for the NPP- Let's say NPP gets the majority in the parliament. Let's also assume that NPP installs 'good' people as heads of state institutions. You will wake up to much surprise that the whole institution is corrupt, and where can we find people with integrity to replace 99% of the cadre? This is the size of the problem.

What is that logic? We don't need to replace the 99& of the cadre! We need to replace the parliament and head of the state institutions. If the minister is not corrupt, that sets the example and standard to the secretary. If the head of institute is not corrupt, that sets the example and standard for the officials in that institution. THAT is how you stop corruption - not by replacing the cadre in our institutions.
