I've needed this...and didn't even realize I did! I actually started watching this for the purpose of hopefully helping to strengthen the testimony of someone else who I love. And instead, as I'm watching - I heard a question that hit ME powerfully. I have often prayed for that same feeling that I got when I knew. - When I knew with absolute certainty that Heavenly Father IS real, and He LOVES me... I knew that everything I was praying about is true. And that experience is what has kept one foot in the doorway, no matter how hard my stubborn self tries to run. Regardless of what pains or torments or heartaches or even addictions. ... I'm ashamed... and also find myself grateful for the fact that my testimony has been strong enough that despite how intoxicated I ever was, I never could deny my faith, or the truthfulness of the gospel. Even now, as I struggle with feelings of inadequacy, and abandonment...from my own mother... which is reeeaaallly hard, because I thought we were close...ish....and it turns out... a lot of things I thought were true aren't true. And that a lot things that I thought couldn't be true...are absolute... And I realized, I don't need my "first time praying in faith for truth" again. I had it. I have it with me still. I've had it with me all along, and its what's kept me going. And that's why I'm here. And that's also why I'm so very grateful. Because I know that my Redeemer lives. And He will always Always guide me to where He needs me, and knows whats best for me. ...even when I don't know what's best for myself.

No. They are Prophets and Apostles of God. Who hold the keys to the The priesthood of Jesus Christ in His Church, The Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints. It is the same church as it was when Jesus Christ was alive on this earth. There is no other Church in the world that has a living Prophet, the Twelve Apostles, the quorum of the 70 who hold the keys to the priesthood and is organized by Jesus Christ Himself. The Church Of Jesus Christ is the True Church Of GOD.
