Beth, I was binge watching all your recent videos this morning while enjoying a nice walk on my treadmill...and I'm truly fascinated with the way your channel is going. I'm a nurse practitioner, but most of all...I'm obsessed with anti aging. I'm currently 43 but this obsession started way back in my 20's. And I look to you as a mentor. I appreciate your diligence! I exercise everyday. I started using a rebounder in May due to its anti aging benefits. But I'm truly truly interested in EVERYTHING. Not the makeup. yes, that draws clicks and views, but I skip those. True health radiates! Please post your morning routine, your evening routine. Post it all. Post your workout. This is so fun! Hi Barbara. I loved reading your comment and you are a woman after my own heart! Like you, I have really lost a great deal of my interest and simple make up. I really am much more interested in how we can really increase our longevity and actually keep ourselves younger. It sounds like you were doing wonderful things in that regard and I am doing the same sorts of things as well. It’s funny though, that my longevity videos don’t get very many views at all as I think you and I are a little unusual in that regard. Even though I don’t get lots of use on those sorts of videos though I think they are important and it is certainly what I am interested in. I appreciated what you said about the rebounder as I’ve heard that. I actually had one and got rid of it and I’m so mad at myself! LOL! I have started high intensity interval training though For the same reason you were doing the rebounder. Thanks so much for watching. I just love having you here with me.

Awww.... how cute is that ??? We don’t want to upset our fur babies - I’m surprised how quickly mine adapted to my wearing a mask - we run errands together or as some of us say in the South - we run the streets ! LOL The merchants in our area are quite dog friendly - I don’t take him in grocery stores, but we go to Michael’s, JoAnns, Hobby Lobby, Home Depot - he is a boy, so doesn’t really seem to enjoy the shopping so much, but he’s all hot to trot to go every time, regardless - makes me feel like I’m abandoning him if I don’t take him - actually, he & the boyfriend both make me feel that way ! Anyway, sorry for rambling - you must think I’m a crazy person! Maybe just a little cabin fever ! Have a good night !

Hey Beth, this is Marion. I just wanted let you know about a surprising result I have had , doing only 4 days of the face yoga. I had been having a problem swallowing pills especially vitamin tablets. Well doing the exercises has almost completely solved that problem. Totally unexpected! Thought this might help others and also wanted to say thank you for your much needed advise and instructions on how to grow older gratefully!

I love your videos. I been doing face yoga for a few months, and it’s very important to do this exercises in front of a mirror to make sure not doing more wrinkles in other areas. When you the nose exercise you have to keep your forehead relax and not to move eyebrows. Thank you for informative videos. 😍

It i s funny how I found this video... I was looking for exercises for TMJ pain. I didn't want to take any medication. I found out yoga for the face works for tmj.... I killed two birds with one shot... tmj is 70% better. The jaw line specially!!! fells stronger I can see a huge difference.... Beth, you are an angel sent.. God bless you and thank you so much....

You really are one of kind..This was wonderful and coming straight from your passion for antiaging improvements...you sure are on the top of it with body workouts, faca maintanace and it does shows!.Beth .and also .your arms are wonderful...so shapely ...consistent we have to be..like you said beauty hurts....now about those eye opening moves with fingers on forehead...I actually put one of those face eye masks ( it is must in my life...great for migraine too)...that I keep in freezer at all times...every morning my first steps in the kichen are to freezer to put one on myeyes...it depuffs my eyes completely and I pull mask up on forehead and do eye opening for 30....and than do it also during a day few times...Beth..this is what has improved my hooded eyes!!...I look at pics of me from my 30 ties and those hoods are diminished...I also find usefull to keep tonge on roof of mouth when just reading or watching shows....a proper face resting..lol.....big hugs and thank you..Jana xxx

They don’t take too long but I did have to hone down the number of things I do. I just started adding back in some of the face yoga exercises last Friday. I really think my skin is overall sagging more since I kind of quit the face yoga maybe six or eight months ago. I should’ve kept up with it. Oh well there’s always today!

That is a really good question and I’m not sure about that at all. I just know that I do the facial exercises fairly consistently and I do the facial Flex when I feel like my face is starting to lose town. That’s actually happening right now and I pulled out the facial Flex again.

HI Beth, I can see the value in face yoga. I did a course about 5 years ago, while in my 40's, and faithfully followed the exercises for 6 weeks. My neck (which gets no attention and has zero wrinkles sagging, or crepey skin ) started developing lines. Also, I didn't see any improvement on my face. So I stopped. However, I have seen it work great for others. I wonder why we are all so different?!! Thanks for sharing the info about your lips - to me, they don't look like there's even a hint of filler. I can tell with most people, but not you. Good thing you don't have it too often. Finally, I LOVE your hair today.....this is my second fav style after 'the buff'. Val 😍

Hi, exercises are great thank you so much for sharing, however I find some a little confusing, ie on the pouch firmer, you lose count and do an extra 20 I believe, then on the hold, you hold for 2 sets of 50 instead of one, phew that one is hard enough, lol.

Thank you for this! I already had a 6 exercise program I developed from several experts, and its been doing me good, but I still had those dreaded pouches getting worse around my mouth. Your #6 has become my 7th exercise. Also, I changed my reps to do 50 continuous + count to hold. I can't count more than 30! But this has shortened my routine considerably and hopefully will also boost the effectiveness of my routine. Maria

Jowl one works best if you tilt back head( look up) & press pointer finger on chin for resistance🙂

Hi Debi. Yes, it really does work. For a time I stop doing the work out in that video and started doing the Carol Maggie work out. I think I found out though that my face looked much tighter doing my own face yoga workout. It’s the work out in that video and it really is effective.

Thanks for this video, I was actually looking into a non evasive procedure for my “ turkey neck” it’s gotten to the point that I wear shirts with collars or turtlenecks. Anything that you can advise on further would be appreciated.

Hi Ingrid. I have found that using a bag ua stone to apply your normal skin care really helps to smooth out the neck. You might look into that.

Hi Alicia. I do like the face yoga exercises and continue to do than five days a week but I also use the KZbin five days a week as well. It really does work overtime but sometimes it is hard to see because it comes on so suddenly. If you want to try it again I would take a before picture and then use it for for five weeks and then take an after picture. I think you may be surprised.

Thankyou for this Beth. I have been using Carol Maggio on and off for years but not for a while. I use various non surgical things which has greatly helped but I am now booked in for a facelift with a top surgeon although i a thinking that I may be able to postpone this and everyone says i dont need it yet. So this video was timely as i think this will really help. Ive done it once today and can already feel the difference. I am considering seeing how it goes and with use of fillers, Profhilo, Nu Face and this etc, i may be able to postpone the major work as I still look good. Thank you for posting. Its so much better than other videos i have bought in the past on facial exercise.

Hi Melanie, It's so hard to know when we can help ourselves or when we need to pull in stronger measures. Unfortunately, I did the face yoga to great effect for about a year but now am using devices and other things. I think my face is saggier and I really need to get back to the face workouts. Thanks for the great reminder.

So I tried this today for the first time, it was much harder than it looked. I really felt my muscles work. I really couldn't tell what you were doing on the very first exercise though, I wish you would explain it again in a future video, maybe just show what you are doing with your mouth without your hands in front of it. Thanks for doing all this. I know it is time consuming.

Beth, I have one other question or area I'd like some help with. That is between the eyebrows, those frowning or concentration lines we get there. Is there anything we can do for that? Guess you may need to do another video for that, or if you've already done one, direct me to it. Thanks so much! Haven't seen much change yet, but it's still early days.

Hi there. Actually, I just posted a video on the Myolift mini. It is a microcurrent device That has an exercise that I think really does move out the 11 area. I have really been using a lot of microcurrent lately and really enjoying it. I use the Nuface and now the Myolift mini and both are really good.

Well I saw this video about 2 weeks ago and I have only done the exercises about 4 times, maybe 5, and I had to let you know the results I have had already. I really didn't expect to notice anything so soon. I've notice the corners of my mouth are no longer drooping downward and I am so happy about that, I just can't say how much. Not turned upward yet but more straight if that makes sense. I really think it makes me look younger already. I haven't really noticed any other results but I will definitely keep this up. Thanks for posting this.

Yes, I think it is important for us to work out our facial muscles. In fact, I have recently gone back to using the facial flex and I have another little exerciser that cost less than $10 that I got from Amazon that I’m liking for the neck. Lol, your before and after pics look almost exactly the same to me! Both beautiful! I can't see ANY features needing help with exercises! Which is not so good for this video, coz now I still don't know if your exercises are effective or not! I'm 62 too, but people think I'm in my 40's (Mom's genes), but, I see my whole face beginning to slide slowly down!! Cheeks are flattening, jowls are beginning to appear, the skin under my chin as well as on my neck is beginning to look sad & droopy, etc! I know one can fix all these by building up the facial muscles. But I'm so lazy to do it!!! Looking for an easy all face routine. Will watch yours now & see if I wanna do this one. Luckily I don't really have wrinkles. Yet! So I just have to get those muscles back on track!

I am so with you on everything you said! I am so happy that you look so young for your age. I bet you have stayed out of the sun and taking good care of your skin. Hi Linda. It is almost a year later after that video, maybe about 10 minutes later and I am still doing the face yoga workouts five days a week. In fact I’m about to go downstairs and do my arm exercises and do that face yoga again. I really think it works too!
