In your experience, which works better for realtors? I’ve been running video ads and noticed a strange pattern: I might start with a $30 CPL, but after about 10 days and $300 in ad spend, I sometimes end up with no leads. Do you think this is due to ad frequency, or is Facebook optimizing video ads differently than image ads? I find video ads tough to manage in general

Think of campaigns and ad sets like folders. Campaigns have ad sets inside, ad sets have ads. Campaigns can have many ad sets within them and ad sets can have many ads within them. Campaigns also determine what type of ad you're running (think reels ad vs newsfeed ad). Ad set is where you target your audience. Hope that helps

Really depends on the market and the type of leads you're shooting for. I would aim for below $20 cpm, under $1 cpc and under $5 cpl and ultimately aim for at least a 4x cost per acquisition. If you're in phoenix, LA, Miami, downtown NY, or another massive competitive market these numbers would increase

Hey do Facebook lead form lead quality don't suck ?? Like i have tried it and someone said that Facebook auto fill the personal information and most times these information is outdated so no one picks up from the number so it's a dead lead

I would test it. If you feel you're getting low quality leads, I would check follow up first and then switch up the lead form with a few questions before they enter their information then have them go somewhere specific AFTER they submit their info. Those 3 things will fix your bad info leads issue
