absolutely love your hair like that! I know... off topic, but I just wanted to tell you.. anywho.. I see you being so happy and extroverted on your format.... you are putting yourself out there in that you are on video and have it broadcasted on your own KZbin channel.. that in and of itself is terrifying to me. I am also one that doesn't comment..ever.. except when I am wow-ed and I feel safe enough on your channel to have made a few comments to you... my daughter says I am a hermit and it doesn't surprise her that I sit quietly on the sides... being a wallflower... not sure I agree with the hermit part... but I am an introvert for sure.... . thanks for sharing all of this because it makes me feel.. Hermit-like? and all just on a personal level. I sew for family and occasionally myself so I don't mass produce bags to sell....and bag making, quilting is such a solitarty hobbyto begin with.. I have never gone to a retreat, virtual or otherwise. I want to attend a retreat... but quilting ones are so expensive and I am new to bag making.. just 2 years in or so... So my goal will be to try and attend something.. Something this year...thanks again for just being you,,,

Thank you for all of this! I get it! Everyone thinks I’m so extroverted, and I am to an extent, but I’m also very introverted depending on the situation. On my own “turf” talking about sewing I’m good. But I get super shy in other bag groups and such. I never comment on KZbin. I’m trying so hard to push myself but it’s hard for sure! I’m glad you feel safe here. That’s my goal 😊 You should consider joining us for a virtual retreat someday. It’s a great group of people and you’re not sewing alone. We chat and tell stories and laugh at ourselves!

I gave up, never put water in any iron. A plastic spray bottle, a plain white thin piece of fabric, dampened, and spray as needed. The tiny Steamfast at Walmart is usually enough for most of my sewing. Although I got mine at a "fancy" quilt shop for $30.

LOVE the chat about irons. I concur completely. One of the problems I have with the high end irons, the tip is too rounded. I miss the sharp and narrow tips which is more useful for me. And I am pretty sure I won't poke my eye out with the sharp tip...pretty sure. Thanks for the conformation ;^) Clappers rule!

I have the Panasonic. I love that it is cordless. I always have water in it however, I can turn steam off.

I cover pretty much anything on Facebook. But I do so much more than that 😊 I have a bunch of full length tutorials for my patterns, some free tutorials, informational tips and tricks videos on interfacing, etc…
