These are from my MRI report. I was diagnosed a few years ago with Sarcoidosis on the lymph nodes around the outside of the lungs so I don’t know if it could be that. Report: SPLEEN: Normal in size. Multiple new T2 hypoattenuating lesions measuring up to 2 cm demonstrating progressive delayed enhancement relative to background splenic parenchyma. These do not have restricted diffusion on DWI. Impressions: Unchanged 2.4 cm left adrenal adenoma. This requires no dedicated imaging follow-up. Biochemical evaluation could be considered, if indicated clinically. Multiple new circumscribed splenic masses measuring up to 2 cm demonstrating progressive enhancement. These are indeterminate, with hemangiomas and littoral cell angioma within the differential. Metastatic disease is considered rare in the spleen, especially if an isolated finding. Consider further evaluation with PET/СТ. Cholelithiasis. Would like some clarification thanks

Also I had an ultrasound on my abdominal region in March but the spleen seemed normal is there a chance it was missed on the ultrasound? Thanks again

Hi quick question is it possible for a radiologist to confuse metastases for just fat in the liver on a ct scan?
