@@syedtahmad3021 C20 let,the turbo'ed engine,yes found in the calibra 4x4 turbo,and also in the cavalier gsi i believe 👍 But is so many different ones available now,from the sri-t Astra,gsi-vxr Astra,gsi,vxr Zafira so it's a mine field if got the c20 let or z20let z20leh some are better than other's 👍 so who knows what's really in it? (Could just be the lower spec z20leh )??

I loved that model astra Gsi especially in the blue colour. That engine will go down as one of the best N/A engine ever made..

Had a couple of redtop engines in my garage ready for future projects one was 20xe with coscast head on it but sold them both for £300 about 8 year ago kicking my self now cuz they are worth allot of coin now🤦‍♂️

I had a red L reg mk3 gsi, only mine was a 1.8 16v, loved that car. Had it dryed stored for ovet 10years but had to get rid because I lost my storage sadly. However, I've seen its still around somewhere which is great, so pleased it's been saved. Great vid Adam 😎

Had one myself adam for 12 years, recently seen it on marketplace for sale, nearly bought it twice now but its still not on the road L52PWY, was amazing car till i let it go and they changed loads, engine / exhaust / got damaged/ but it did look nice as i know the guy, was put into storeage and didnt work out well welding wise so i was advised to walk away as well as a front end bump. Just been watching a restore on them wish id have known Covid was on the way and lock down id of had a go at doing it with a little help from a few boys. Great vid

I wrote one of these off on Christmas Day 1999. Red, 1994 L reg with a red top. Love em. So I know me red one is no more....I wonder what happened to the white 93 J reg one I had, I didn't destroy that one!!!!!! Nice one!

When I was a teenager I worked for this Italian fella. He would disappear to the pub next door but always ended up somewhere else. Before I'd a license I drove a black GSI belonging to him, back road taxi stuff. Blessed never to be caught. Fun times though

The mk3 astra as the best astra ever the gsi version was the best but also the 1,4 85hp GT/ SRI version was pretty cool these astras are the best looking astras also my favorite

one of my favorite cars from the 90s....i have had mine for 25 years now...will never sell it... i no there not fast compared to some modern stuff, but they draw attention.. if i ever went out in my vxr it was just another car....out in the mk3 u get people admiring it plus taking pics.. cars from that era still have massive following, dont matter if its ford vauxhall etc.. some very good iconic cars were produced back then compared to the turds they trundle off the production lines these days.. another brand that is seeing price rises is rover....good spec mg models are hard to turn up now...prob all away getting new head gaskets lol..

The only thing id say about these great cars (for my 2nd comment!) is the handling....both these and the mk2 - terrible life off oversteer... pretty good on throttle but just shocking! The mk2 was way worse but the mk3 (as this car) was still prone to it.....much more than a normal FWD. The rest of it was just perfect for me...the looks and that glorious engine...so different to the 8v
