@Silver Spike Get over yourself. This is not the place for this kind of negativity. Anette has expressed already that she has moved on and has had great success in her new projects as of late. So Anette has hardly been forgotten and if anything has gained wider acceptance for her new music. She's also working on releasing a new solo album soon. Floor does not have the obligation to respond to you or anyone concerning a situation that has long passed and that even Nightwish themselves have repeatedly stated that they have nothing more to say about it. It's time to move on as the people involved already have.

How can you not love this woman! So sweet. so down to earth, so talented. Is it any wonder why her fans (myself included) are so willing to do all we can to give back to this rare and special vocalist. It is the least we can do for someone who gives so much of herself to all of us. "Stay Strong" and healthy Floor. I and many others on YT feel a part of your new found success in a very small way. We all feel a wonderful sense of reward when we can see you crack that next bottle and give us that beautiful big smile of yours! You of course deserve it for all of the hard work you have put in over the years. We are all awaiting the CD release and it seems inevitable that the Nightwish tour will probably be postponed due to the virus situation worldwide. we are praying for it to subside. You have very high standards, and put your whole being into performing, (and bless you for that), so of course there are going to be some nerves, but you have such a strong foundation of talent, experience and overcoming some pretty daunting challenges, to say the least, so we're now mostly accustomed to you SLAYING IT, and you were born for this, after all. Glad to hear your thoughts on sincere, but rational conservationism. I'm not a catastrophic climate hysterian either, but I've planted about half a million trees, which took some long and difficult years camping out in very rugged country, and even now in my mid 60s, I still remove hazard trees from power lines full time, and also join the wildland fire crews in the summer, (about 90 hours a week when the battle is on), and it probably isn't possible to love nature more than I, and your power, your strength gives me strength when pain and exhaustion have their occasional way with me, just so you know. 💝

Dear Floor: a quick story. When I was starting out as a writer, I submitted a short story to a very famous editor. He read it and told me "Your ending is great, but your story is sh$t. Can I make some suggestions?" So I listened to his suggestions and ended up doing three rewrites of the story without ever completely pleasing him. At the same time, I was working to finish my first novel. I had no time for yet another rewrite, so I sent the (original) version of the story to a second, also famous editor. His response: "Your story is great, but your ending is crap". Moral? No matter what you do, you can never please everyone.

Never show them the finished version. Always present them with a copy of it with one or two obvious mistakes. That will draw their attention so that when they need to critique you (because its their job or ego or whatever), you dont have to change anything in the material you like.
