Disagree. Robbie achieved more success as a solo artist, made better albums, singles, videos etc as solo artist than he did with Take That. Matter of fact it's because of Robbies solo career many discovered later about Take That existence. So no. No one needs to thank Gary. Besides that Gary is a good songwriter and singer. After watching the Netflix documentary I really don’t like RW as a person. The fact that he literally stole the originality of the song Angels from Ray Heffenan and just paid him £7500 and didn’t give Ray part of the Co-write credit really disgusted me (when the song ended up selling for millions). He also had such a hatred feeling towards Barlow as filmed in the documentary just because Barlow had much of the attention? Then after so many years of working together, he parted with Guy Chambers in such a nasty way. This guy really has a pattern of dumping everyone he has worked well in the beginning but ended up in a nasty way at the end. Now that he’s older, I hope he’s grown to be A Better Man…

Robbie an Howard ect wouldnt even have been a sucess without Garys outstanding vocals an song writing when TT first came on the music scene.
