A managers only job is to make sure their workers succeed to their fullest capabilities and beyond with the confidence they themselves instill into their workers. The more successful their workers are the easier it makes it look to be a manager, because their workers work harder for you and protect their manager. Honestly, Tom Brady is average from what I see. You can put as many buck dancing brothers on the screen promoting Brady as you like. What I saw this year overrides all of that rubbish. All of the talk should be about Tampa's defense. They have the absolute best defense to ever hit the field in nfl history. Hell, I think "I" could make it at least to the playoffs with that defense, and I can't throw beyond 20 yards. So when we talk about this super bowl, the headline should read, " Mahomes and the Chiefs vs Tampa bay defense and the Refs." Personally, if the talk from where I live is any indication, the viewer rating this year will be down considerably. The NFL have been reduced to the WWA. Stats means nothing anymore because the game is now being controlled. Good luck with that

In fact, they made the super bowl all about them. You see where I'm going with this? There are skilled quarterbacks and their are exceptionally talented quarterbacks. Brady is a skilled quarterback. I mentioned Marino earlier but there's also Joe Montana, Brett Farr, Johnny Unitis, Roger Starbuck, Mike Vick, Patrick Mahomes, Colin Kaepernick, Steve McNair, Lamar Jackson, Russell Wilson, and ofcourse, Cunningham.
