За 68 лет жизни в Казани (Татарстан центр России) я никогда и нигде не видела ни одного человека находящегося в таком состоянии. Неужели людям в Америке так скучно или плохо живётся или у них очень много неразрешимых проблем или им заняться нечем в этой жизни ? Почему такое происходит в обеспеченой стране? Все мои родственники, знакомые и друзья живут скромно, много работают и преодолевают разные трудности. Жизнь одна, молодость быстро проходит, здоровье хрупкая вещь, ее надо беречь, а жизнь ценить. Всё проходит, надо иметь терпение и постараться дружить с хорошими людьми и самому помогать хотя бы родственникам и нуждающимся в помощи людям. 😢Очень тяжёлое видео 😢

за 40 лет жизни в твери я не видел такого.хотя лично знал с 2005 годов 5-7 наркоманов героинщиков.они некогда на улицах не лежали.в сша это синтетика наркотик и что неизвестно.меня больше выбешивает то что десятки тысяч нигеров чалятся в тюрьмах за малые дозы наркотиков что продавали на углах а тут же сотни грам в день зомби отравы и полиция не пасёт наркоторговцев и не сажает употребляющих.двойные стандарты сша.позорище.у нас пьяного могут посадить в машину и в бичушник на 3 суток а тут не чего.зато все тюрьмы переполнены.

С середины 90-х по начало нулевых, я думаю, в вашем городе (поскольку он довольно крупный) были районы, где подобных экземпляров встретить было вполне можно. Вероятно, не в таком количестве на единицу площади, но можно было. И я вам скажу, что вам повезло, что вы их не наблюдали рядом с собой - потому что они иногда бывают довольно агрессивными. Из необычного в этом видео - их количество... По всей видимости, американское государство в какой-то момент решило, что разумнее всего их не лечить, а просто компактно разместить на небольшой площади, чтобы они там понемножку наблюдали свое небо на земле и гибли в процессе. По-видимому, выход в другие части города им негласно закрыт. Жуткая картинка.

Our government spends billions of taxpayers money towards homelessness and drug abuse. As long as the people who control and are associated with the taxpayer money going towards these problems are making bank they don't want the problems to go away. The bigger the problem the bigger the dank pocket is. I would bet that only. 10 cents of every dollar go towards the actual problem. 90 cents go towards the people with retirement and medical benefits that decide how to spend those dimes.
