That is how we buried my mom and dad. Dad went first. Mom about 20 years later. All children and grandchildren sat under the trees, near my daddy's grave, waiting while they removed the grave slab. There was a space left on the grave stone, for mommy's name. Everything was so peaceful....then we buried mom's ashes with dad, held hands in a circle around the grave and said a prayer, thanking God for our parent's love. It was so special😢

Also, why do you blacks always complain about us whites using tanning salons when we do NOT go and get burnt and turn black. We go and get a light bronze color on our skin, which is definitely not what you blacks look like bc y’all are actually black like we can’t see y’all in the dark if you don’t wear bright colors. Plus while y’all are crying about us whites getting a tan in which we’ve always had tans from the beginning of time by going outside, ALL of you blacks women are wearing wigs that resemble European hair. Why do you blacks wear fake hair made to look like us whites hair? Y’all aren’t allowed to do that bc that’s “cultural appropriation”! Lmao! How dumb!

At his death in 1993, he was buried in a coffin holding/cradling in his arms - her urn. Together - forever. I hope to be able to do this with my female life partner.

I absolutely love the epithet on the gravestone! May we all remember that our Lord created ONE FLESH, from which ALL of humanity descends! When we die we return to the dust from which we were created, and the dust sees not and heeds not skin color or “race”. The dust neither differentiates nor discriminates but embraces all who are reunited with it. While we still live we should strive to do as the dust does, never forgetting that our Creator loves and cherishes us equally.

Beautiful story Ron. Sadly there is no pictures of them. He loved her unconditionally. I have no problem with this. Just imagine the ones we don't know and probally will never know. Today couples are more free to express thier love. Not just blacks and white but other races too. I don't judge anyone. It has happened in my own family. They was accepted and loved as such. It's sad how much hatred. Prejudice and racism there is. No racism and prejudice is not the same. Some hate thier own color and that's not racist. No mix marriage is not always accepted, still frowned upon. But back then when slavery was legal. There was no way would they have been allowed to marry. It was hidden. She could be his lover his servant, his slave, but not his wife. Many would of thought nothing of that because it was ok to bare the masters children. The slaves had no say. Frankly I don't think prejudice and racism is going to go away. Not in my lifetime. This man did not hide his love for this woman. Brave man. Braver still was the man who made sure they was buried together.👍👏👏👏another great vlog and story Ron. You keep surprising us.🙂.I look forward to your next video. Ron, sanctuary the perfect word for this space. His closing words for her future well-being, and the circumstances of their relationship, heartwarming/heartbreaking. In. That. Order.
