Here's the thing about weight loss, it never goes down smoothly. You will lose weight, you will gain weight, you will stay the same weight, same goes with muscle gain. It never goes up smoothly, and it doesn't really have much to do with how much effort you put in, you can put in the same amount of effort as when you lost 5lbs but in the end you gained some lbs. It's just the way it goes, don't quit because you see the numbers go up, that should inspire you to keep going. Much love

StoryFire is only good for those who want to make series..but youtube is a hella of a lot more then that. KZbin has gamers, beauty people, vloggers, animatiors, music makers. KZbin is more then just story telling and now StoryFire excludes the people who cant make those stories or who arent passinate about that.
