Don't get emotional. These people are staying there illegally. Government provided them with housing, instead they rented out those flats and still stay in slums. Most of them are Bangladeshi migrants.(Easy to tell from their dialect). The only reason they accept such low wages is because they have no identity cards else their cover would be blown. The Government provides free education and food to low income groups however you need to have a citizen ID. Precisely why these Bangladeshis live such places to keep a low profile

Утром я просыпаюсь, не чувствуя ни усталости, ни стресса,словно младенец. На медосмотре мне сказали, что никаких проблем нет. Я человек, желающий жить мирной жизнью. Я не забиваю себе голову проблемами вроде побед и поражений и не освобожусь врагами, из за которых не смог бы уснуть. Я знаю наверняка, в таком способе взаимодействия с обществом и кроется счастья. Хотя даже в битве, я бы никому не проиграл.

Developement means that a country in general terms goes further ahead. It doesn't mean that the poor and/or disabled people get better treatment or a better living. Just look at every 1st world country, you'll always find people who struggle to survive, even in countries with social systems in place - partly because even good social systems are hindered by a majority of the people (thanks to either people simply not wanting to work anymore and other parts because people are fed up with paying for them in taxes) and the other part because people either don't know about being able to get help (if a country offers help), being afraid to get help or getting help is too complicated for them due to bureaucracy. Parts will always struggle, "developement" just means the average living conditions got better for those who can afford it.

@Unknown_Genius development depends upon the frame of reference from person to person, development for one may or may not be the development for other, in the same sense their development is getting a better treatment, a good living standards, a good society. Politicians ask votes from each person (also UAF) so, it's the politician and it's government duty to get rid of these people's conditions and give them a better place to live,give them employment even if they are at low wages.

@@wanderingsteve880 Not every political systems asks for votes, even in a democracy it's different between countries (e.g. in the US you have to hope that the person you vote for actually elects the political party, in germany on the other hand you vote the party directly) and in either of both ways you have to hope that they actually do what they claim they do. Not to mention that people first of all have to vote a party that'd want to change that, plenty of people don't want stuff like this, but their own conditions improved or care about other things (hence why e.g. Trump got elected in the US). In some countries people can also directly vote for things, and you sure as hell don't believe that if people had the choice between something that helps them and helping the poor they'd choose the poor. All of these issues and conditions have been known for decades, they're nothing unheard of - people primarily just choose to not care about it. The best you can ask for on a lot of people is donate like 10$/€ whatever occasionally to a soup kitchen or for planting trees after they just made a massive holiday trip.
