Enjoy the pamper! I've been doing this massage alot recently and it's been helping me look less jet-lagged but also my skin is feeling really good! Had to share my jade-roller love!
How I clean it : I wipe it with a soft cloth and then swipe it with alcohol before I use it.

Finally someone who used a jade roller properly. I see too many youtubers roll it back and forth when you’re really supposed to only go across the face in one stroke every time it touches your skin. You have flawless skin by the way.

I just did this with jade I had ordered on amazon. After doing the massage, I took a deep breath and it was the cleanest deep breath I had taken in months. I cannot express how relieved I felt after it. Whether it was a placebo, fake, I don't care. It helped me immensely.

Renee, I can not thank you enough for this video! My face has been swollen through out my right cheek, sinus, lip & jaw line due to a severe infection & major dental work. And just after two sessions of lymphatic massage my swelling has gone down & feels much less painful to the touch. I just completed a very early morning session & it does feel incredibly relaxing yet energizing. Your the best!

@@YQMagic Stay with the lymphatic massage. Even if the swelling or pain goes down, continue the massage to keep things draining & healing properly. You would be surpised at how quickly things can swell up again. Be careful of your surgical site though when you do the lymphatic massage--be very gentle, don't push hard or tug & pull on the site. Since these rollers came into my life they helped deal with my facial swelling, opening my sinus to make it easier for me to breathe, it also helped with my overall skin issues and makes my skin glow and look youthful. Definitely recommend doing this daily. It's not only good for you it is very therapeutic. Not to mention it reduces the look of fine lines and helps reduce the look of eye bags/dark circles.

sehun If it would cure your migraine, you can let me know I used to suffer from that aswell and completely healed myself thanks to divascan treatment. I got mine a few weeks ago and I’ve only used it twice. I’ve been very bad about my skincare so I kind of forgot about it for a little while. Self care is hard for me because of depression and PTSD. I think this is the most accurate jade roller tutorial. I read in an article before that you need to start on the neck first because the drainage needs to be cleared first.

I noticed a strong tingling sensation when I used it on the right side of my forhead above my eyebrow. I felt the tingling from my eyebrow all the way up to the middle of my head.
