Watching your video is like drinking matcha green tea in the bathtub filled with hot water with rose pedals on a cold snowy day, so therapeutic and relaxing.

Thank you so much for sharing this Renee. After suffering through the trauma of 2020 and the years preceding that I sought out alternative ways to relax and relieve stress minus the narcotics and temporary fixes we so often fine in Western medicine. I don’t plan to look back. Instead I want to learn more. Sending happy Mother’s Day to your mom and all mother’s. Until next time be safe and blessed.

Is it normal to experience breakouts after starting gua sha ? I started a few days ago and broke out in red spots which don’t have a head.
@amyblaine76243 жыл бұрын
You may have been pressing down too hard on your skin with your Gua Sha and/or the friction irritated your skin. You don’t have to press hard or be aggressive. Just a light sweeping pressure will do. It’s also really important to wash your Gua Sha after every use.
