You absolutely have to stick in with it. I was exactly in the space you are. I felt intimidated and vulnerable. All of a sudden it clicked and I’ve been down black runs albeit gingerly. It’s not that glamorous when you are learning but gets so much better. Just relax and keep positive.

I love how honest you were about skiing. My family took lessons, and my sons and husband picked it up quickly. While, I had to stayed behind for private lessons. I love the ski outfit you rented.

honestly totally get how you feel around the anxiety of skiing. I love love the idea of it, especially on winter vacay with the beautiful scenery, but I'm so afraid of heights and falling :( It's like mentally I'm really excited to go but subconsciously the fear just kicks in!

Freddy, you have really improved since the last time you've been skiing! Keep going! You're doing great. It takes several several lessons for some adults to learn to ski. You can do this. The more you can practice, the more confident you will get and relaxed. Once you're relaxed on those things, it will be like riding a bike. I do hope you can ride a bike! You got this!! Just remember to keep your knees slightly bent. Start doing some squats, girl! And thank you for your lack of commercials!

Girl i got really bad perioral dermatitis once - went to a good derm and he prescribed a really good antibiotic cream which i used for a few weeks with NO other skincare products. Then slowly introduced non irritating skin care products back into my routine bit by bit after that. Never had dermatitis again. You just gotta stick with it once i think!

The flare-up is likely due to the nails as the nail products contain such strong toxic chemicals which do penetrate through the nails. It's so great to see all of you together. So proud of you having gotten past your skiing fear. Em, the cheerleader!

Have you tried products with no fragrance? I also suffer from dermatitis. I even get it around my eyes. I had to throw everything out and start from scratch. Hopefully it’s not the nail gel, and you figure it out soon.

Currently I’m using Dalacin T lotion which is a topical antibiotic, and Pimecrolimus cream as an anti inflammatory. It’s not working any wonders !
