I have probably seen most Paul Young interviews. This is the best. J. John has a nice soul that made Paul shine

I read the book over ten years ago, I was totally absorbed by it. Yesterday I watched the film which taught me so much about the Trinity, mankind faulty view of Him, His love and grace, and the hope for ALL of humanity!

O my , o my, o my, what an honour to meet Paul Young. As a grieving parent I read “the shack many years ago& came up against those religious people who protested. I loved this book but had many questions despite “being blessed by it”. Today I am amazed that by chance, if there is such a thing, at getting the opportunity on John programme to meet the amazing honest man behind the story, answering all the questions I have had all these years. One regret I have at the end of the programme, is that Kim was not physically beside you on the stage. You helped me in a very wide range of issues including more understanding towards my husband of nearly 40 years who I believe still carries the after effects of boarding school. My heart is full of thankfulness for coming across your story and all the teachings that flow from this interview. I

What a huge gift is to hear someone be as open and honest about what it means to heal the wound of shame, who demonstrates for us what happens on the other side of the long painful road to recovery, to knowing who you actually are as a beloved child of God. Thank God for Paul Young and his honesty.

great, I don't have words to express my gratitud, thank you for this book, thank you for giving your testimony, I am meeting this God that you are talking about, I have been christian for 25 years and for the last few years Jesus has been trying to convince me that He love me unconditionally and I am beginning to test the beauty of the relationship with Him

johneleven25 I would think it could certainly be shipped there from Amazon, at the very least. Do you mean "is it translated into their language?"

His sharing comes from the deep. When he speaks there is an undeniable Truth that one can see/imagine and relate to. His gentlemanly way makes me think and feel the depths of my own soul and feel safe. The Shack is truly is beautiful work of art! It made me laugh it made me cry it made me love Jesus even more than I already did. He is our healer and Paul Young’s transparency has a way of holding our hand on this painful earthly journey. This book was, I imagine, was created from pain and Love.I am so grateful for this book, I felt the amazing presence of God while reading it. That alone is the reason I have read it more than once.😊

I am still going to keep all the secrets for the sake of my children....and I am still going to try to love those at church and community though at 61 I am all alone...there is almost no love or kindness for women in the churches.....go figure....though we pay for and look after our houses, husbands, kids, parents and community...all our lives...still alone with just Jesus.

If Christ said, I am the light, and Paul said Walk in the light then let your shack be filled with Christ.
