I'm personally more concerned about humans than a wild animal. That's why you got your concealed carry... right? Sounds like you are prepared. 🐾🙏🏻✌🏻

Hi , Root Beer Eyes 😊, I personally can't speak for anyone but myself. I'm a guy , so its a completely different experience for women I'm certain. But I've always been more wary of the wildlife , than people. We as humans are NOT the dominant species in the wilderness 😅. But we just have to respect nature and its boundaries, case in point . I was visiting Yosemite years ago & I was chatting with a Park Ranger , I said something to the effect, " I've been hiking in the area for quite a few years & I've never seen a mountain lion" her response was " oh don't worry , they've seen you " 😂... alrighty then . Going forward, I never hike with someone who can run as fast as I can. 😂😂😂

I feel the opposite and I'm also male. I'm exceptionally more wary of humans. They are more violent and less predictable than any other animal on earth. And we are in fact animals.

yes… my grandfather always told me to be most afraid of the ones who walk on two legs, lol! I totally agree with him! Especially in this day and age!

Saw your video on Cheap RV Living with BOB, like your set-up. Nature & wildlife are more peaceful than citylife & crazy humans...I KNOW you are aware of your surroundings. Keep the videos coming!

I just watched ur interview w/Bob Wells on CheapRVLiving! It was great! Ur so cool! Ur livin’ the free life on ur own! That is so inspiring🔥🔥🔥I’m a single female (54 years old) looking at Class C’s & wanna hit the road like u. It might be take me another year of planning but I’m gonna get out there❤Thanks for ur adventurous spirit🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻p.s. I APPRECIATE UR TIPS ABOUT BEARS! We were renting a house for the summer in Lake Tahoe back in 2007 & A BEAR GOT IN THRU A CRACKED WINDOW! It made a huge mess in the kitchen😂911 came & finally scared it away but it sure took its time. I sleep w/bear spray on my nightstand btw😂

Hi Lucile, glad I discovered your channel here. Very good advice. I’ve had scary bear encounters in the Sierras - so I don’t like to go out alone in bear country. 😣 Hope you travel more north and we can meet up on the road! 🤠

Enjoyed your content and approach to living in wildlife country. Your head was sure on a swivel lol! I work in a prison and relate to that. You are doing so many correct things. Myself, I worry about my cooler and any perishable pantry items. Bear noses are powerful! I suppose my worries are overreacting. Keeps me from wild country though. Peace and well-being to you and!

Hi Lucille, just saw your Interview/rv tour with Bob Wells. I just drove to Salt Lake City, UTAH last week in my no-build transit van. I am not an experienced camper and would love to meet other solo female nomads for fellowship and learning.. please let me know if you’re in this area and/or how I can caravan with a group to get some experience/confidence. LOVE your mission to help other women!

I read (on a CoE website) bears can smell food even inside of cans (canned goods). How do you deal with that? It's been on my mind lately.
