FACT CHECK Vice President Harris Taking Peoples' Guns?

In the presidential debate Vice President Harris said that Trump was lying about her wanting to take away peoples' guns. Even exclaiming that she was a gun owner- for some reason this is supposed to lend credibility to the statement. Well what does the record reveal about the Harris position on guns? Red Flag laws are by definition depriving someone of their weapons without due process of law. What does the word "ban" mean in the term- Assault weapon ban?

I happen to be a brown guy who got suspended from elementary school, middle school, and high school. In every instance I deserved the suspension. However, there were far more white kids that were suspended from each level of primary schools because the majority of the students in the schools I went to were white.
