Madam I had apple imac system. and I gave it for service but that guy has changed all the spare parts of my computer.and he replaced with all defective parts in it. and he said that it can't be repaired. When I checked my computer In other service center I came to know that he has stolen all the spare parts of my computer and replaced it with a defective parts in it and he frauded me. Now what kind of action should I take on him??

Hi I have a question, Flipkart sent me defective phone, but there technician is rejecting my request. And same technician is assigned to me every time. After 1.5 months I still have not refunded or replacement, I want to send legal notice to flipkart, so please tell me what sections of IPC should I add in my notice?

As a Consumer grievances will be redressed in the Consumer Forum of your district. File the complaint of delivery of defective item with evidence including receipts etc. Nature of defect. After how long from date of delivery was the defect surface. Please confirm that the dfect is in the product and not due to faulty connection etc. You dont have to take criminal action. So its not IPC but the Consumer Act that will be implemented.
