I am done with these people using loudspeaker in public.my home is in front of a temple, the so called pujari of this temple start loudspeaker in morning 6AM and continue using it till 11 PM. this is everyday thing and he does not willingly stop it, everyday i have to tell him that please stop it. Apart from that he play loudspeaker in noon 1PM also.and again in evening he plays it from 6pm to 8 pm, sometimes beyond this time also. Apart from that these people also do jagran in which they play loudspeaker whole night. It is completly unbearable but i have to take this nonsense. How do i study here😫

Very true. The processions during festivals are very very loud in telengana . The loud bands and amplifiers are disturbing children below 5 years , elderly , and also the sick and pregnant women . The government’s do not care for such issues. Despite Supreme Courts guidelines, citizens and the police are quite insensitive towards animals and people in general.

I'm unable to study now because of the Hare Krishna chants over the loudspeaker near our house. I'm in dilemma whether to go and stop them or to wake up all night till morning because they would continue this till the morning.🙂

Hyderabad Police won't arrest people from mosque for breaking loud speaker rules. Cos the political will is missing, rather political force won't let it happen. Nothing against Hyderabad Police, they are great at their job. It is more a political issue.

well explained mam. im from tamilnadu. i have one doubt, my home is surrounded by public mandapam and vinayagar temple. they are using loudspeakers frequently with heavy noise. from our room i recorded above 70 db at 5 am on the whole december month. i request the temple organisers to remove the particular speaker infront of our home. every time they refusing it. for any religious festival they keep loudspeakers for atleat 4 days (3 speakers on each 3 electricity poles sequentially with 10 to 15 meters diff). how to handle this problem mam. where to complain?

We have huge sound disturbance in front my house Mosque Loudspeakers was placed at 2nd floor instead of tower hight as it supposed be there as per per regulation. Mosque members came to our house threaten us when we asked them to reduce the volume or at least to lift speakers place on the tower hight. But these guys coming to our house ask me come to the mosque office to talk about that . Members came my home door step’s body language indicates that as they have intention to threaten us. Things not look good. So that we reported police online. Waiting for respond .

I live in a Pune area of many masjid and few mandir. The azaan is played by each masjid on loudspeaker. They compete with each other who can play louder and longer. Now the mandir started playing mantra, hawan, keertan on loudspeaker every day for approx 6-8 hours. Learning from this, the locals play music, dj on loudspeaker for celebrations like marriage. Complaint on 100 everyday. They act once in like 5 complaints. When they leave, it starts again. Dialing 100 asks you all sorts of questions like exact location, how far, how u know, how is it a problem if it's morning ? If police have to visit 2nd time, they give to reasons like why they are playing the loudspeaker, and tells to bear with it. No resolution come out of these. I am a 30% bracket tax payer

Yes,the rules are there,but implementation is slack. Which political party wants to loose votes during election time. If cop acts according to law,netha will shift him to a punishment posting to please a segment of people.

Street vendors sellers are selling their products for ownbenefits while on vehicle using megaphone 📣 loud speaker. Makes noise and nuisance exceeded permissible Limit in residential area 55db. Who cares..? No one. Who affected Everyone Children to Students to Exam Aspirants to old age people in Residential area. Atleast 10 street vendors sellers come with megaphone 📣 speaker from morning 8AM to Evening 6PM anytime these street vendors sellers wants. Causes noise pollution and nuisance difficult to concentrateand study. These Street Vendors sellers might not have a license for sale, yet these street vendors sellers causes nuisance and noise. Eg. Old paper recycle metals trader, Flower Seller, Snacks Seller, Idiyappam Seller,.
