Love all the products and use them. Only thing I’d like to see different is the snatch block ring for synthetic ropes in a bigger diameter like the Saber brand. Bigger is better when it comes to radius for things like that.

Am I missing something? Just get rid of the intermediate link and use a shackle between the two ropes.

Can you use soft shackles with your regular Flatlink? If so, what size diameter?

Wanderlust yes! Every shackle mount product including our HitchLinks has a machined radius in the pin attachment holes to provide the least amount of stress for synthetic shackles. It can use up to a 7/16 Soft Shackle no problem but 3/8 will fit through the FlatLink with ease, including our Extreme Duty Soft Shackles. Let us know if we can help with anything else! Thank you!
