Well tbh the actual starter base was completed at the 40s mark and completely replaced by the new one. So yeah, that's not really a starter base since they didn't start with it.

Nice game! One thing though, I do not like the principle of wind turbines as it eliminates completely the need to manage energy grids and energy needs, as well as it removes the main source of pollution early game (steam turbines energy production). I had to find creative solutions to manage it (I usually play in Railworld maps) while here you can build semi-autonomous outposts for mining that you can forget about until resources run out.
