I like the tail lights! I've been photoshopping all kinds of OEM tail lights off other vehicles trying to figure out the look I want to go for

Looking good Kyle. I didn't pay nearly as much attention to body work as you did so my Coupe looks rough around the edges. I didn't complete all the aluminum panels in the wheel wells before getting the car graduated for the highway. After a week of local test drives, I drove from Virginia to California and back over a 6 week period. It was well worth getting a basic car on the road. I'll spend the rest of this winter finishing up all the stuff I didn't complete before the long road trip. Keep up the videos, there are a lot of people that you are inspiring to join the club.

Body work is big for me, I’m probably terrible at it and it takes me 3 times as long as a professional but I do want this car to be as great as can be. Like you, I’ll beat on it for a bit to let everything settle before final work.

Wishing you all the best. My problem would be leg room for a 6 foot 5 body. 1)Is the steering wheel column adjustable up / down, or in and out? 2) Do you know if the pedals can be moved more forward for extra leg room?. 3) What tire sizes did you get and and model?

Honestly not sure if you’d fit, maybe some super slim seats. 5’11” is tight. Column goes up and down. 315s out back, 325 would have still fit.

Do you have Halibrand 18 inch wheels? Any idea what your wheel +/- offsets are ?

Good video. I have a question about the 65. Do you think it would be possible to run exhaust through the transmission tunnel? If so, is there room then to run the exhaust to the rear?

Absolutely zero room

Any chance you could share your gel coat source? I'm doing a Roadster now and I'll be doing a few miles over this summer in gel coat. I like your idea of filling it in.

I wouldn’t fill with any type of filler if you’re going to drive it for awhile. You can then buff and polish the gel coat as needed

Hey Kyle.... You have these grooves on the side of a car..... Are you using the type 65R Hood... Because I don't see the regular rectangular cutouts behind the front wheel like the regular type 65
@kyle.brandonАй бұрын
I cut them out to replicate the coupe R. The coupe R has fiberglass pieces that get bolted in place, but I wanted this to be seamless with the body
