I love your insights, ingenuity, and creativity. What I don't like is how you skip over parts that I would love to see. How did you get the chassis/body out of the moving van with only two people? Did you have a rolling caddy?

Hey, you’re right, I really wanted to show how I pulled the body/frame out of the truck but my camera stopped recording. I had a friend come over to help so there were a total of 3 of us. We actually didn’t roll it off, we walked it off the truck. It only weights less than 400 pounds for body and aluminum and frame, so it was very easy to pick up and drop in the frame dolly. AND you can lift it by the fiberglass body wheel wells with the frame attached- so it was really pretty easy.

Get'r done! Congrats on the new project, looking forward to seeing your journey. One thing, arent you concerned the body will sag in the door well overtime? All the body bucks Ive seen have been x braced

I was a bit concerned about that. It's tough to see, but I also have a strap that grab at the center of the cowl as well as directly behind the cockpit to provide a little more support in the middle. The whole body only weighs around 100 pounds or so, so it's not pulling too hard at any one point.

Just found your channel. Great video! I have a Daytona type 65 arriving in 3 months. I have no experience. I just bought a GoPro and plan to post some videos - so I admire your video with combo of time lapse, build log, transitions and music. What are you using to edit your videos?
