My screen does not show the Restart/start button as yours does. I am back again, have done as the instuctions say but my computer keeps turning On the Scenery screen and the logon screen but will not accept pin or email --shows a Failed (since it has Removed all files .. but when I do get it to RESET to Clean back to Factory -- the black screen will go through the Removing process then .. reverts to saying " Undoing Changes" ?? And I am back to the scenery screen and unable to login + unable to have Reset to Factory Settings. 2 days trying it over and over.

I am trying to factory reset my desktop but when I click troubleshoot then when fully clean but when I click local reinstall it’s goes right back to where I click troubleshoot

It asks me for a recovery key

because of product key already register on bios, that's why it will activate automatically ,once you connect internet. (Thank you Don't forget like and subscribe My KZbin channel)

Ganyan din sa akin, nireset ko last December until now 64% parin kahit 1 week na naka charge at Hindi nala shut down. Kaya Di ko nanagagamit
