I got it free from buying a phone and now realize why it is free, it has LOW VOLUME !! Wonder why some reviews say the sound is fantastic ??? The phone is set to the max and i still can hear things outside. No solution to increase the volume :( . Going to stick to Creative EarPhones

Buds 4 lite doesn't have ear sensors, it's normal when for the buds 4 lite to keep playing music when you take it out from your ear
