I really enjoy your videos and learning about processes in Korea. I like that you don't have dumb music like King Process and that you do add subtitles when needed for clarification and your personal comments! Please keep these super interesting and informative videos about your country coming for all to enjoy!

I used to work in the print finishing industry. There's nothing like the sound of cutting gloss paper which makes a mad squeaking sound!

This blades are sharper than a razor blade. I worked in a factory, where those blades were made. Carbide blades, polished. You can cut Kevlar gloves with this blades.

Those blades don't care what's in front of them. I've seen these videos before and I'm always sketched out by how close peoples' hands are to the blades. But hey, there's risk in everything, I guess.

@jaymzx0 at least it's a clean cut... In Europe there has to be a security barrier, that goes down together with the blade, so you have to take your hands away.

I used to be a guillotine operator and you wouldn't get the chance to put your hands anywhere near the blade or the clamp that would crush your hand before detaching it from your body. There's a light bar, the width of the cutting area, and anything that is in the way stops the guillotine from cutting. The real danger is when changing the blade, as a blunt blade is still pretty sharp compared to a sharp blade.

What amazing machines, incredible as to how they worked out how to make it all work.

The black liquid is likely a UV sensitive ink used to print the planner page. The print only shows up where the UV light hits and the remaining ink is washed off. similar to how a resin printer works.

Fascinating. In another decade or so, these will all be silent forever, thanks to ubiquitous content digitalization.
