Good evening, Kim. Thank you very much for this really informative tour of all of the towns in the valley! I marked a few of the spots with my google pins. I also appreciate the amount of effort you put in to go to the various towns to film.

Great job on this video, Kim. I know it’s not easy to travel to each destination to film the area, but it REALLY makes a difference. Thanks again for taking the time and effort to do this for us.

Hello - quick question. How much does it cost, on average, to run the AC per month if living in a 1 bedroom rental unit? Also, are ALL the buidlings built to withstand earthquakes? Do you feel them frequently?

Hi Anthony, depending on how cool you would keep your place and how much usage, air-conditioning for a small unit in the summer should probably be no more than $100 a month or so. Most construction built in CA is built for earthquakes, but that doesn't always mean they are safe proof. I don't feel them frequently. Thanks for watching my video's.

@@kimbloch6326 Hello Kim and thanks for your reply. $100/month isn't so terrible, similar to what you'd pay in hot and humid Rhode Island in the summer. Good Luck. I like your vids.

My geography may be off but isn’t Indian Wells east of Palm Desert?

Hi Scott, you are absolutely right! I believe ot was my geography that was off. Thank you.
